The 94ft Kong & Halvorson motor yacht THEA has been relaunched after an extensive rebuild and refit, and she is now offered for sale and ready for new adventures. With her classic lines, abundant deckspace and inviting interior, the yacht is the perfect choice for discerning yacht owners who are looking for a stylish vessel that stands out from the crowd.
The name THEA means "Goddess of Light and Sight" in Greek mythology, and this yacht lives up to its name with its exceptional beauty and elegance. Launched in 1979 by Kong & Halvorson, a renowned boat builder with over 100 years of experience, the yacht is a testament to the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The vessel is a full displacement, twin screw long keel yacht with a flared and raked bow and sloping transom stern. Originally built as an 80ft vessel, THEA’s extensive rebuild in 2014 saw the hull stripped to the frames and the stern section aft of the transom was lengthened. Approximately 30 ribs were replaced and the hull was entirely retimbered. Engines and generators were rebuilt and new hoses, wiring, fittings and equipment were installed.
The living areas are spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light and stunning views of the ocean. The master suite is particularly impressive, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe.
The yacht also features a range of outdoor living areas, including a spacious aft deck with dining table and lounges, a flybridge with seating and sun lounges, and a swim platform for easy access to the water.
The yacht is now for sale with Martin Holmes who is excited to offer THEA to discerning buyers who are looking for a yacht that combines beauty, functionality, and luxury.
