Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design is gearing up to present its latest superyacht concept at the Monaco Yacht Show – the 115-metre Art of Life. 
Featuring a “striking exterior style” with an overhang at the stern and a forward projecting bow, Art of Lifewas developed to be a “statement of elegance,” offering a successful blend of beauty and functionality. Reminiscent of a 16th-century Dutch schooner yacht, she features a fast, versatile and efficient hull much like a schooner yacht. 
“For Art of Life, we augmented this classic yacht type to an innovative motor yacht concept for the present day and the years to come,” explains Sander Sinot. “The monolithic hull is very elegant and enabled us to create a yacht with an intuitive and clear layout and a smart and logic flow. This, combined with the state-of-the-art and fully integrated technology, makes Art of Life very spacious.” The new superyacht concept aims to offer clients unrivalled access to the environment around them, as huge aft windows from the stern lounge, large windows and multiple skylights ensure Art of Life is saturated by natural light and views. 
Art of Life features a refined design, offering plenty of space for clients to integrate their own individual preferences. The architectural setup aboard was created to be intuitive, offering a clear and functional layout that flows with the interior. For example, the owner’s stateroom is spacious and includes a private lounge spanning the main and upper deck. Accessible via a private staircase, which is lit by multiple skylights, future owners can enjoy the panoramic views thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. 
“For the interior, we choose to focus on things in life that really matter, such as spending time with your loved ones, beauty and art,” adds Sinot. “The integrated architecture of the design offers the owner a haven of privacy and the sensorial stimuli for both inner peace and exploration of the beauty and richness of the world around us.” Art of Life also offers panoramic views from its stern lounge, which incorporates huge floor to ceiling slanted windows. 
The upper deck lounge also features full-glass facades and open decks, seamlessly merging the outdoors with the indoors. In order to offer guests maximum use of space, the new design is able to accommodate up to 12 guests in six staterooms, including the owner stateroom, 2 VIP staterooms and 3 guest staterooms. She also has the capacity to accommodate 35 crew members, with one captain cabins, four single staff and 15 double crew cabins. 
Fitness and health are also a key part of the Art of Life design. For example, the indoor health and beauty centre, located on the main and lower decks is connected by an open, architectural staircase for a spacious effect and includes a large indoor pool, sauna, treatment area, hair and beauty room and massage area, to offer clients maximum comfort and relaxation. The stern lounge also boasts a 384-inch retractable cinema screen, while the gym features fold-down hatched to the water level. The toy garage, which offers plenty of space for numerous toys and tenders, also includes a fold-down hatch for amphibious launches. 
Sinot is set to reveal a detailed, over 1.5-metre long scale model of Art of Life at the Monaco Yacht Show 2018.
