US-based international sales director Chris McCafferty said Riviera’s stunning red-carpet showcase in Singapore to be staged on conjunction with Riviera and Belize dealer Reel Torque Yachts will demonstrate the myriad ways Australia’s 2015 and 2016 Marine Exporter of the Year is driven to enhance the fun and lifestyle fulfillment of its global family of discerning luxury motor yacht owners.
“The team of 550 talented designers, engineers and master craftsmen at Riviera’s world-class facility on Australia’s Gold Coast is continually refining the easy-to-use technology and equipment, and the practical and hands-on operational design aspects that make the joy of boating with Riviera a sheer pleasure,” he said.
Riviera 5400 Sport Yacht Asia Premiere
The 5400 Sport Yacht has certainly impressed boat show visitors around the world who are praising the superiority of Riviera’s design and hand-crafted finishes.
“The three-stateroom, two-bathroom 5400 model is an inspiring evolution of the luxury single-level living design for which Riviera’s Sport Yacht series is highly awarded,” said Mr McCafferty.
“The 5400 Sport Yacht is very popular with those who love the fresh air and sunshine with so many spaces onboard to enjoy your time on the water,” he said.
“The forward deck features a cushioned and upholstered sun lounge and, in the cockpit, a sunroof slides open at the touch of a button so you can also enjoy the sunshine out of the wind from the convertible day bed.
“This is a true entertainer’s cockpit and it flows freely through to the aft gourmet galley and spacious salon courtesy of a large awning window that is set in a strong ship-like stainless steel frame it opens out and places the chef right in the centre of the social scene.
“Her accommodation deck features a luxurious full-beam master stateroom with ensuite, a spacious VIP guest stateroom forward and the option for either a portside guest stateroom or an accommodation atrium lounge it’s all a matter of individual choice.”
The sports-inspired centerline helm console of the 5400 Sport Yacht has excellent visibility and ergonomics so that all critical navigation electronics, comprehensive engine instrumentation and vessel controls are within easy reach of the central, deluxe Recaro electric-adjusting helm seat.
Here, you’ll be impressed by easy-to-use technology including Glass Cockpit navigation and systems monitoring system that is integrated with two joysticks one at the helm and one in her cockpit for superior maneuverability.
Base power for the 5400 is the Volvo Penta D11-IPS800 propulsion system with twin D11 engines and IPS20 pod-drives (2 x 441kW/626hp), which have a Class 4 commercial rating. Owners have the option of the D11-IPS950 system featuring twin D11 engines and IPS20 pod-drives (2 x 533kW/725hp) and their Class 5 commercial rating assures enhanced reliability, even with high use.
Riviera 75 Enclosed Flybridge on display
The 75 Enclosed symbolises the ethos of excellence underpinning the global affection for Riviera Flybridge yachts that are built both for serious fishing, serious cruising and for serious family fun.
“The 75 model has now evolved into our fleet flagship the palatial 77 Enclosed Flybridge which is a brilliant blend of luxury cruising and fishing capabilities with all the comforts of a world-class luxury resort,” said Mr McCafferty.
“This impressive model has sleek lines, a sweeping sheer and sports-inspired targa as well as striking safety glass feature panels that visually link her contemporary, recessed hull windows to provide a sophisticated and stylish hull finish.
“With the evolution of the 75 to the 77, there’s an additional two feet of length in her expansive 193.6 square-foot (17.99m2) cockpit, a luxurious 49.5 square-foot (22.59m2) mezzanine and four staterooms including an unashamedly indulgent full-beam master suite, four bathrooms and an optional self-contained crew cabin.”
The state-of-the-art, fully enclosed flybridge of the 77 Enclosed features a forward helm while an external tournament station on the rear deck ensures clear cockpit observation when docking, or when the fishing action is underway.
An optional massive and lavish sun pad and casual dining/sitting area can be located on the foredeck, enhancing her lifestyle and relaxation attributes even further.
With an overall length of 81’2″ (24.74m), a beam of 20’9″ (6.32m) and featuring a fuel capacity of 2496 US gallons (9450L), the 77 Enclosed Flybridge is powered by twin MAN V12 shaft-drive engines (2 x 1900hp/1397kW).
