Australian luxury motor yacht builder Riviera is welcoming new yacht owners to its growing global family after a very positive Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
Renowned for its passion for excellence, Riviera introduced three striking new models to the Americas market in Fort Lauderdale, Florida … and formally announced two more impressive new yachts.
Riviera chairman and owner Rodney Longhurst said all the latest models were eagerly embraced at FLIBS – billed as the biggest boat show in the world.
“Our 480-strong team at Riviera’s world-class manufacturing facility on Australia’s Gold Coast is genuinely humbled by the enthusiasm for all our new designs,” he said.
“The three Rivieras that made their Americas Premieres – the impressive 57 and 52 Enclosed flybridges, and the presidential layout for the highly sought-after 6000 Sport Yacht – are among the 12 yachts acquired by new owners at FLIBS, nine of them by first-time Riviera owners.
“It is also very gratifying that we received forward commitments for the new 5400 Sport Yacht and 525 SUV designs, both of which were officially announced at the show.”
The stylish and sophisticated 5400 Sport Yacht, dubbed The Spirit of Excellence, will have its World Premiere at Miami International Boat Show (11-15 February 2016), in conjunction with the Americas Premiere of the 525 SUV.
Mr Longhurst said Riviera’s dedicated network throughout the Americas is continuing discussions with aspiring owners who were in awe of the marque’s luxurious seven-yacht FLIBS showcase.
“This bodes very well for Riviera’s continued growth in the Americas,” he said.
Riviera’s Florida-based international sales director Chris McCafferty said it is always moving to welcome first-time owners to the growing global Riviera and Belize family of owners.
“I’d also like to extend a very heart-felt welcome to our new family members,” said Mr McCafferty. “These new Riviera owners can look forward to a pre-eminent level of customer care, which includes exclusive invitations to social events and unique cruising experiences.”
Yet another shining example of the unique Riviera Experience is the red-carpet dock party under the stars at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, surrounded by the latest stars of the Riviera and Belize Motoryachts collections. Over 100 guests celebrated the growing success of the 2015 Australian Marine Industry Exporter of the Year with fine food, refreshments and live entertainment.
“The name Riviera is synonymous worldwide with hallmark luxury, blue-water sea-keeping abilities and unrivalled owner support,” said Mr McCafferty.
“Our stunning Fort Lauderdale showcase reflected our unwavering obsession for excellence in all areas of design, technology, performance and luxury livability … and also our enthusiasm for the enjoyment of the unique Riviera lifestyle.
“Of course these are all key factors in how Riviera is striving to make boating even easier and more rewarding for both experienced boaters and those aspiring to take the helm.
“We like to call it: ‘the ultimate boating experience’.”
