CLASS WIN FOR AWATEA
The recent Evason Six Senses Phuket Race Week saw the culmination of over a years worth of hard work being rewarded for Lee Marine’s Senior Broker, Andrew de Bruin and his wife Donna. Having bought their old cruising yacht, Awatea, back from the person they sold it to 7 years ago, it was decided to completely refurbish the 34 year old Swanson 36.
The yacht, which they cruised up to Phuket from Australia over 10 years ago deserved a new paint job and barrier coat from Solidair Marine; new Yanmar motor from C&C Marine, new sail wardrobe from Quantum plus countless other jobs and saw her launched just in time to enter Phuket Race Week.

Brokerage office gets a well deserved facelift
Clients walking into Lee Marine's brokerage office are in for a surprise: new floors, new walls, and an entirely new look.
The office has recently wrapped up five weeks worth of renovations. It was the first time the brokerage office had received a major face lift since Lee Marine opened for business eleven years ago.

The Lee Marine office at Ocean Marina has grown at a steady rate since opening the doors in May 2007, and is now welcoming more clients than ever before, with a three-fold increase in the number of pre-owned boats listed and more currently being processed.
With more quality local listings now being advertised, the number of enquiries has also increased, predominantly from those looking to enter the boating scene for the first time. This is a very welcome trend and one which Lee Marine intend to fully support.

The 31st Cannes International Boat and Yacht Show, Europe’s foremost in-water showcase, will be held from 10 – 15 September 2008.

Situated on the French Riviera the Cannes show offers an enchanting panorama of luxury. More than 630 of the world’s finest yachts are expected to be displayed in water this year, with 250 of them being unveiled here for the first time ever.
