LEE MARINE AND PERSHING:

When you take service as seriously as we do, it’s essential that the manufacturers share the same sentiment. 

This week, it was our pleasure to welcome Mr. Danilo Frulla to our offices in Phuket to show him our service facilities and have a chance to discuss the growing number of Pershing Yachts in Thailand.

This was a very valuable opportunity and one that Danilo himself took full advantage of. He personally visited every boat under warranty in Phuket and was the first to roll up his sleeves and get hands on with addressing any issues that customers may be experiencing with their new boats. With his experience and focus in action, he even had time to teach Anthony a little Italian, un problema di meno', or “one problem less'. That’s a phrase we all like to hear.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to provide world class service and support. Anthony will be heading to Italy for his second visit to Pershing later in the year and the relationships being forged and information being shared each time will certainly be of great benefit to Lee Marine and Pershings valuable customers.

Danilo Frulla – Head of After Sales & Customer Service:

Having gained valuable experience with a number of yacht builders and refitters, in 2000 Danilo Frulla joined Pershing. Here, thanks to a number of innovative solutions his responsibilities increased and he has become an expert in the field of yacht building technology. He is enrolled in the Official Register of Marine Surveyors with specific skills in the assessment of ship and accident damage.
 
Thanks to his significant experience and qualifications he is now the Pershing Service Manager and the General Coordinator for the entire network of Pershing Service Points. He is also responsible for organizing the Service University program which includes training agendas and service courses for Pershing Service Point Staff.
