The Maxim 380, also known as the Voyage 380 was built for Voyage by Maxim. She is a proven blue water cruising cat and any past owner of a Voyage yacht will be a walking testament to these well built and sought after yachts. She has impression accommodation for her size being a three double cabin cat with owners suite in the port hull which offers a queen size double fwd and a large ensuite aft with a small writing desk midships. There are two double cabins in the strb hull with one shared head and shower separating them. The galley and saloon area interacts with the spacious cockpit which is on the same level, accessed by a large sliding door. The saloon is cleverly designed with a U shaped galley on the port side adjacent to the U shaped saloon seating all surrounded by large windows flooding this area with natural light and giving good visibility whilst inside. The nav station is positioned facing aft on the starboard side.
The large cockpit has the helm position on the strb side which gives great visibility for the helmsman in all situations and to port is a cockpit table and seating for up to eight people. On the foredeck she has nice big trampolines for the sun worshippers and easy access to the top of the coachouse to attend to the mainsail. The genoa is on a furler and controlled in the cockpit.
Externally the cat is very eye catching with the tear drop saloon windows giving the cat an aggressive look which is hard to disagree with. Recommended viewing for anyone looking for a mid size family cat to do some part time or serious cruising or alternatively she would make a perfect charter cat if required.
