The boat was delivered in December 2008 and has only very low hours on the twin Mercruiser engines.
The Crownline 315SCR is one of the largest boats in the range and is the best weekend cruiser package that we have ever experienced. The racy F. A. S. T. Tab hull design offers superior handling at high speed and a dry and comfortably soft ride at cruising speeds.
The twin Mercruiser engines give plenty of power and easily propel the boat to 45 MPH. At cruising speeds they are quiet and economical.
The extra stability offered by a twin engine package and ease of handling in marinas is also evident. The cockpit is very spacious and features a 6ft sunpad aft, plenty of seating and a wetbar to port.
The forward facing arch gives an aggressive profile and folding bimini comes forward and aft from this.
The helm features full instrumentation, switch panel and a new Raymarine A90 Chartplotter. The controls are easy to use and there is a remote control for the anchor windlass also.
Below decks one can find U-wrap seating forward which converts easily to a double berth. The galley features a dual voltage fridge, microwave, hotplate and sink.
The full beam aft cabin can be used as a large storage area for day trips and the separate head compartment is large and airy and has a shower, sink and Vacuflush toilet with holding tank.
With 6ft 4in of headroom as you step into the cabin, there is a surprising amount of room for a 31ft sports cruiser. Full air-conditioning inside powered by the generator.
