The Lee Marine Service Department is on hand for any warranty issues, as well as offering a wide range of service through its network of supplier and technicians. They will advise and assist owner on any subject regarding the maintenance operation and proper care of their vessels.

Managing Director – The company’s dealer principal, Joshua has lived and worked in Asia for many years. From a charter skipper in Australia’s Whitsunday Islands to working as a securities trader in Hong Kong. Joshua has a wealth of international business knowledge coupled with long experience in boat sales and company management. As the dealer principle, Joshua has formed close relationships with our manufacturers and continues to develop these lines through regular attendance at meetings, boatshows and new model releases worldwide.

General Manager – Martin was the first to join Lee Marine as a yacht broker in 1997. Originally from the UK, Martins yachting experience spans many years from his first introduction to boats at an early age. His passion for boats and the sea has seen him on the water in various roles in the UK, Europe, Mediterranean, Australia and now Asia. As Lee Marines General Manager, Martin maintains the business practices and professionalism on which we build our reputation. His experience with our dealership brands and the intricacies of choosing the right boat to buy means he continues to enjoy very much a hands-on approach to the business.

Senior Broker – Originally from Adelaide, Andrew has thousands of cruising miles to his credit and has performed extensive yacht refits with a high level of professionalism as well as skippering various deliveries. He has wide-ranging experience on boats around Asia and is a well respected yachtsman. He owns two boats himself and is the Commodore of the Ao Yon Yacht Club, Phuket. Since joining Lee Marine in 2003, Andrew has proved himself time and time again be a valuable partner for anyone considering a brokerage yacht purchase and, with well over 100 sales to his credit, Andrew now leads the brokerage team in his role as Senior Broker.

Yacht Sales Executive – Jim joined the company in 2004 and has spearheaded Lee Marine’s sales office at the Yacht Haven Marina, bringing with him a wealth of yachting experience. Holder of a USL Master Class V, he drove maxi yachts in Australia before deciding to make the move to South East Asia. As well as serving as first mate on numerous large motoryachts, he is also a skilled yacht racer with experience including the 1998 Sydney to Hobart, numerous Brisbane to Gladstone yacht races and Trans-Atlantic crossings. Jim provides an unparalleled level of service to first-time and experienced buyers alike and his personable nature is always appreciated.

Yacht Sales Executive – ‘Gus’ was born in England but raised in Australia and has had a passion for boats from a very early age. With 14 dedicated years of experience working in the marine industry in Australia, Europe and Asia he has held a wide range of positions from teaching windsurfing and waterskiing on Hayman Island and keel boat courses in Greece to delivery skipper and fleet manager. Most recently Marcus managed the busy Sunsail base here on Phuket before moving on to manage two new Riviera’s for luxury charter with Tawan Cruises. Marcus joined the team in 2005 and has proved himself as an excellent broker, turning his hands to both new and pre-owned yacht sales.

Service Manager – Born and raised in Australia, 'Gatesy' spent much of his childhood on the water. By the time he was 18 he had won a junior world championship and placed fourth in the open world championships. He progressed to yacht racing and spent much time off-shore, competing in a Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race and numerous Adelaide to Port Lincoln Races in his own yacht. Anthony has experienced many facets of the marine industry, from powerboat handling examiner to international delivery skipper, working in the UK, Europe and Australia. He holds a USL Master Class V and is a Yachting Australia Examiner with well over 50 000Nm of ocean experience. This sea experience comes with hands-on experience in re-fitting yachts and an excellent working knowledge of yacht systems, both electrical to mechanical. His professional approach to service and infectious love of sailing are a benefit to all Lee Marine customers looking for guidance or friendly advise.

Yacht Sales Executive – Mark joined the company in early 2007 and is responsible for Lee Marine operations in the Gulf of Thailand. He opened our new office at Ocean Marina, Pattaya and is at the forefront of developing this region and delivering Lee Marine's professionalism to a new range of customers. Mark left the Australian army to pursue a sailing career and this saw him driving some famous large yachts around the Whitsunday Islands. These include America’s Cup challenger “Southern Cross”, “Gretel” and Maxi yachts “Apollo”, “Siska” and “Ragamuffin”. He later moved to Europe to take post as Chief Officer on board large Motor Yachts where he spent eight years between the Med and the Carribean. Mark is assembling an excellent team in Pattaya and has approached this new challenge with enthusiasm.
